Production Capabilities
DURALECTRA-CHN's two modern production facilities contain one of the largest processing capacities of Anodizing and Hardcoat Anodizing for consistent, economical and fast processing of both large parts and large quantities.

Building 1 contains:

• Multiple anodizing, hardcoat and chromate lines
• Color dyeing tanks
• Selective masking facilities 
• SANFORD QUANTUM HARDCOAT tanks-for brightly colored Hardcoat
• SANFORD HARDLUBE^® (Teflon impregnated Hardcoat) tanks
• SanfordPrint^® - silk screening department
• Salvage tanks for repairing worn or mismachined parts
• Vapor degreasing equipment for cleaning parts
• R&D tanks
• Quality & Chemical labs
• Outdoor testing facility

Building 2 contains:

• Large Hardcoat and Anodizing Tanks
• Computer controlled processing system with fully integrated overhead cranes
• Rack and tooling fabrication department
• Water filtration system

Processing of All Aluminum Alloys
DURALECTRA-CHN's use of the SANFORD PROCESS^® allows them to Hardcoat even difficult alloys like  2000, 7000, and 300 cast series.

Selective Masking
A highly experienced masking department allows DURALECTRA-CHN to offer the skills and techniques needed to precision mask and plug parts that require selective Hardcoat.        

Special Racking & Tooling
DURALECTRA-CHN has an in house fabrication department to design and build racks and tooling. This advantage increases the quality of the Hardcoat and decreases the cost.

Salvage Work
The SANFORD PROCESS^® allows us to repair or re-Hardcoat mismachined or worn parts.

DURALECTRA-CHN's Aluminum Anodizing (Type II) and SANFORD HARDCOAT^® Anodizing (Type III) are RoHS compliant.  DURALECTRA-CHN also offers RoHS compliant Chemical Film Conversion (a.k.a. Alodine, Iridite, Chem Film) per MIL-DTL-5541
